# RJ Enterprises

RJ Enterprises is an established, family-run precision CNC manufacturer with 35+ CNC machines across CNC milling, 5-axis machining, Swiss-type turning, CNC turning, and secondary operations, plus a full in-house inspection lab (ZEISS ACCURA and Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex CMMs, four Keyence IM systems). Standard production tolerances are ±.0005 in on turned diameters and ±.001 in on milled features, with critical features held to ±.0001 in where the print requires it. Materials include aluminum, stainless, titanium, Inconel, alloy steel, brass, copper, and engineering plastics. Aerospace, defense, and medical programs are the core of the business, alongside industrial, automotive, and oil & gas work. Notable clients include Fender Guitars, Maxpedition, and tier-one suppliers in aerospace, defense, and oil drilling.

The site also hosts **FirstChip**, an in-house AI part visualizer and process mapper that turns a four-step visual picker into a representative part render and a machining process plan mapped against RJ's actual equipment list. FirstChip accepts no file uploads and is not a quoting system; drawings and models are exchanged separately by secure transfer, under NDA where required.
