Trusted to make the parts that hold the whole assembly together.
We work closely with our customers to design and manufacture precision parts at specified tolerances — for some of the most demanding manufacturers in the country.
Aerospace and defense customers are identified by program type rather than by name. Those accounts are covered by non-disclosure agreements and, in several cases, controlled technical data that we handle under the terms of that program. Our relationship with Fender Guitars, machining components for iconic American instruments, is one of the accounts we can name directly.
Where a customer's drawings, specifications or part numbers are proprietary or export-controlled, we handle them as controlled technical data: no offshore transfer, no subcontracting outside our own approved-source list without customer consent, and an NDA signed on request before any drawing or model changes hands. This applies whether the underlying program is aerospace, defense, medical device or oil and gas.

Our aerospace accounts run under our AS9100D quality system, with configuration control against the released drawing revision and AS9102 first article documentation produced on request for structural details, fittings and housings.
Our medical device customers rely on our Swiss department for small, tight-tolerance turned components, with lot traceability carried from certified bar stock through to the shipped part.
Our defense accounts are typically identified by program rather than by name; turning, milling, laser marking and coordinated outside finishing are handled under one purchase order and one traveler.
Our oil and gas customers order turned and milled components for valve, fitting and downhole tooling applications, with material certifications retained against heat and lot for every shipment.
“RJ has held on-time delivery on our structural detail parts release after release, with full first-article documentation ready before the shipment arrives.”
“Single-source secondary operations — plating, heat treat, laser marking — coordinated through RJ have kept our program on one purchase order instead of three.”
“Their Swiss department holds tight-tolerance turned features on small parts consistently, which has taken a lot of risk out of our production releases.”
Every part has a place in the assembly.
