After a part is submitted, a member of our team reviews it directly — the render and process plan are not used to generate a quote automatically. We follow up with any feasibility, process, or lead-time questions the submission raises, then return a quote once we have enough information to price the work accurately. For drawings, models, or export-controlled data, that exchange happens separately, by secure transfer and under NDA where required, typically starting with an RFQ.
