What should I include in an RFQ?
Part number and revision, quantity and annual usage, material and specification, the tightest tolerance on the print, finish and outside processing, and any inspection or documentation requirements (FAI/AS9102, CofC, material certs). Drawings and models are exchanged separately once we respond.
How long does a quotation take, and what are typical lead times?
Most RFQs receive a quotation within a few business days of a complete package. Production lead times vary with material, process and outside processing, and are confirmed as part of the quote.
Do you take on low-quantity or prototype work?
Yes. We regularly quote first-article and prototype quantities alongside recurring production releases, and can advise on design for manufacturability at the prototype stage.
How is controlled or proprietary technical data handled?
Please do not attach drawings, models, or ITAR-controlled or otherwise proprietary data to this form. Once we have your RFQ, our sales team arranges a secure transfer method and executes an NDA where required before any technical data changes hands.
