Sixteen Swiss-type lathes — Citizen L12, L20 and L32, Citizen/Miyano BNX and BNA, Tsugami S205-II and B0325V-II — holding ±.0005 in on turned diameters with as-machined finishes that rarely need a secondary operation.

Swiss-type turning supports the bar right at the cutting tool, which is why it holds long slender parts other lathes cannot: pins, shafts, fittings, spacers, connector bodies, bone screws, valve components. With bar feeders and sub-spindle work, a finished part comes off complete — turned, drilled, milled, threaded and parted — in a single cycle.
Sixteen machines means we can dedicate a spindle to a repeat program rather than tearing it down between orders. For customers on scheduled releases, that is the difference between a two-week lead time and a two-day one.
Small parts get measured optically. Four Keyence IM image dimension systems check dozens of features in seconds, which makes statistical control practical at production volume instead of theoretical.

What bar diameter can you run?
Up to 32 mm across the Citizen L32 and Miyano machines; most work runs 12 mm to 20 mm.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No hard minimum, though Swiss setups amortize best over hundreds of pieces or more. Small quantities may run more economically on a turning center.
Do you provide material certifications?
Yes — mill certs and certificates of conformance are supplied with the shipment on request.
CNC Turning
Eight turning centers, several with Y-axis and sub-spindle, so a chucked part is turned, milled, drilled and finished on the back side without leaving the machine.
