What we collect, and how it is used.
This policy describes the personal information RJ Enterprises collects through www.rjenterprise.net, and how it is used, retained, and protected.
Information we collect
When you submit an RFQ, quote, or contact form, we collect the information you provide directly, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and part or program details. If you use FirstChip to describe a concept part, we collect the selections and notes you enter; you are instructed not to upload controlled or proprietary drawings through that tool.
When you send drawings, models, or specifications to us for quoting, we collect and store those files in order to prepare a quotation and, if the order proceeds, to manufacture the part.
We collect aggregate, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used: the page path visited, the referring site, device type (such as desktop or mobile), and general geographic location at the country level. We do not store raw IP addresses in connection with this analytics data.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a limited set of cookies and analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns and to keep the site functioning correctly. These tools do not build individual profiles for advertising purposes, and we do not use the site to serve targeted third-party advertising.
How technical data and drawings are handled
Drawings, models, and specifications submitted for quoting or production are used solely to prepare quotations and manufacture the associated parts. Access is limited to personnel who need the information to perform that work, and where a customer identifies data as ITAR- or EAR-controlled, it is handled per the customer's written instructions and applicable export control law.
We retain technical data for as long as reasonably necessary to support an active quotation, an open order, warranty obligations, and applicable quality-system and regulatory record-retention requirements, after which it is archived or deleted in the ordinary course of business.
Third-party processors
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate this site and our business systems — for example, hosting, form processing, email delivery, and secure file storage. These providers act on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing the service to us.
No sale of personal information
RJ Enterprises does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and has not done so in the preceding twelve months.
California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of personal information we hold about them, and the right to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. To submit a request, contact us using the information below; we will verify your identity before responding as required by law.
Data requests and contact
To exercise a privacy right, ask a question about this policy, or request removal of technical data after a project concludes, contact info@rjenterprise.net or call (310) 327-8127.
Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through this site and to protect customer technical data consistent with our AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 quality system. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The current version will always be posted at this URL.
