A machined part is rarely finished when it leaves the spindle. Rather than hand a customer a box of parts and a list of vendors to chase, we carry the balance of the operations — and the paperwork that goes with them.
In-house: tapping and drilling cells, grinding, hand and machine deburring, light assembly, and permanent laser marking on two OMTech Galvo 2-X systems for part numbers, serialization, logos and data matrix codes.
Coordinated outside: anodize (Type II and III), chemical film, passivation, plating, black oxide, heat treat, shot peen and NDT through approved processors, with certifications collected and supplied against the shipment. One purchase order, one delivery, one set of documents.

Do you handle anodizing and plating?
We coordinate them through approved processors and inspect the parts again on return, so you receive finished parts and the certifications together.
Can you laser mark serial numbers?
Yes — sequential serialization, data matrix codes, logos and UID marking on two Galvo systems.
Can you kit or assemble?
Light assembly and kitting, yes. Send the assembly drawing with the RFQ.
CNC Milling
Ten vertical machining centers running prototype through production quantities, with milled features held to a standard ±.001 in and critical callouts to ±.0001 in where the print requires it.
