RJ Enterprises is an AS9100D certified CNC machine shop on a single floor in Gardena, California, ten miles south of downtown Los Angeles. Thirty-five CNC machines, sixteen of them Swiss-type lathes, and an inspection lab in the same building as the spindles.
We machine aluminum, stainless, brass, copper, alloy steel, nickel and Inconel® for aerospace, medical, military, automotive and oil and gas customers. Programming is done here, on Fusion 360 and Surfcam. Setups are done here. Inspection is done here, on a ZEISS ACCURA and a Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex, against the drawing, before anything ships.
Nothing here is outsourced to a broker and re-labeled. If your part has our packing slip on it, it was cut, deburred and measured on this floor — which is why customers who found us in the nineties are still sending drawings today.
