The hard materials, run as their own process.
Titanium, nickel superalloys, engineering plastics and the full stainless range — each with its own tooling, feeds and inspection discipline. Standard production tolerances of ±.0005″ on turned diameters and ±.001″ on milled features, with critical features held to ±.0001″ where the print requires it.
Material selection changes the process more than part geometry does. A titanium bracket and an aluminum bracket share a print format and nothing else: tooling, coolant strategy, engagement, setup rigidity and inspection temperature all move with the stock. Every material family below has its own tooling, its own proven feeds and speeds, and its own inspection routine.
Certified stock comes from approved mills with material certification supplied on shipment. Outside processing — passivation, anodize, plating, heat treat and NDT — is managed through our approved vendor base, with certifications returned in the shipping package.
